Query about EWS category

I belong to ST category from Rajasthan but I have been living in Delhi since August, 2008. I have no ST certificate in Delhi. Can my son treated/apply in EWS category while my monthly income is 45000/-?.........

Even though you belong to ST category you need to show proof that you belong to ST category and you should provide certificate name of father or mother. If you have ST certificate then you can apply against EWS quota or else your application will be rejected. So arrange for ST community certificate.

Certificate issued at other than delhi state is valid in delhi.
