RE LOGIN TO PRINT THE FORM

PLS> HELP.....

I had filled up Sardar patel online nursery form and mothers international  form and submitted it.......

from my home last night.... but when I went to cyber cafe today to take the print out of the forms I dint find any place where I can re login and take the print out of the form.....

Pls. help me .....as i have got confirmation from both the schools on my mobile no that my form is submitted.

 Check your email id if not contact school.
