recognition of pre-school

I am trying to fill the form of Air Force Bal Bharti School, Lodhi Road for KG, in which they are asking the Registration No. of Nursery School. My daughter is doing her nursery from Shemrock.
In their points criteria they are also asking for the recognition proof of preschool. I dont know what they meant for the recognition proof???????? plz help me if any one understand that..

Prrof of REcognition means just evidence and get the TC or A letter from the Principal in preschool that youe child is studying there in nursery.

does Airforce Bal Bharati have pre-School (i.e., nursery) facility too ?

Airforce Bal Bharati does not have nursery. Their school begins with KG/Prep.
