Refund of fees

The school is yet to refund of money deposited for the nursery admissions as the admission application was withdrawn more than one month back. Initially, I was told be your accounts department that the refund would be made within 15 days, but when I started to follow up later-on, the school informed that refund would be after one month. Its over one month now since I withdrew. At the time of admission the school told us to pay immediately else the seats might get filled but for refund we have to run pillar to post or wait at the discretion of school.  
Further, as per the directions of DOE only one month tution fees is to be deducted and rest all the money is to be given back including so called Non-refundable admission fees of Rs. 40000/- taken by the school hastily with no other choice left with us in the name of some charitable trust.

I total I paid two amounts of Rs.40000/- and 38360/-.

Kindly advise.

THANKS FOR THE SAME.

I HAVE VISITED THE SCHOOL WHICH GAVE ME REFUND BUT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED FEES SUBMITTED IN NAME OF A) HEALTH AND HYGENE & B) ACTIVITY FEES. FURTHER THEY HAVE NOT PAID BACK THE DONATION TAKEN IN THE NAME ADMISSION FEES.

I have similar case with Apeejay pitam pura. For two children, paid 73600 and they are refunding only 1000. I have applied for refund in 1.5 months, on the 2nd day of session start.  I have written to the Minister of DOE. Here is the link. I am waiting for the response.

I have also sent a similar mail on the same link two days back and response is yet awaited by me also.

Hope someone takes action in the MOE.
