Dear Mr.Vohra

My daughter had taken pre school (nursery) admission in MaxFort School Pitampura in the month of February' 2010 and paid the entire fees including donation of Rs.60,000 which they had taken from everyone in the name of one charitable trust. The entire money was paid in cash with receipt.

I withdrew the admission of my daughter within next 15 days. An application regarding the same was handed over at school's reception.

But I am sorry to state that in spite of sending numerous reminders regarding the refund of fees, till now no action has been taken from them.

I have had personally visited the school premises on numerous occasion and requested for refund. But every time I have received false commitment that my refund would be issued at the earliest.

I would like to take this matter to higher authorities including DOE Delhi Govt., Ministry of HRD Central Govt., CBSE and other such organizations.

Please suggest your opinion.

Hi I am a silent member of the group. Thanks a lot to all of ur efforts. It was really helpful for securing my child's Admission in one of the Reputed Schools. I have to wait till March last week to confirm my child's admission ie in the third Waiting List.
Before That i have Taken Admission in MAYUR PUBLIC SCHOOL IP extn Delhi -92 on 24/01/2012 Total Amount Was Rs.17780, which doesnot include any tution Fees. I have given them in writting for my child's admission withdrawl and refund of fees on 24/03/2012. They have taken up the application and cancelled my child's admission, but haven't refunded a single paise. What to do? Is there any rule regarding it? Can we Make any complaint anywhere? pls suggest
