Has DOE defined any amount in the refund policy of fees they should refund.

they are accepting cash against 40k which is not refundable plus a month fee

@ BHAVNA - what is the source? Did school authorities mentioned about it? It is very un-fair! they are taking advantage of the situation and making lot of money!

Suggest to call them once again!
1) My Son also got into their shortlisted names. I could manage to speak to them today! when you withdraw within one month they'll keep about 10K and refund the balance is what they told me.
2) another member in the forum too has a similar confirmation and posted on RESULT thread!
Please go-thru the same for more details.

Any idea how much school refunds if we request for cancellation of admission? They are saying it is as govt policy as well management decision! Can any one guide us...

DOE policy says, admission fee, regstrtn fee, tution fee for a month...

I had paid15k but best part is they haven't disclosed against wat they have taken it.... only pet dialogue they have to say its depends on govt & managmnt policy...

New tactics of schools to extract money, when my wife went to secure a seat in a north Delhi school today. They forced her to buy an induction kit in Rs3000 CASH that hardly cost Rs500, they say that kit will be given to child on his first day.... :)

I have cancelled admission of daughter in Amity International School. Amity is giving any response since one month. I don’t know, what should I do?
