regarding filled registration form

hi,

i have received a message from Bal Bharati school, to be present there on 12th feb along with the copy of filled registration form for the first draw, but i dont have the copy of this form along with me....what should i do..can anyone suggest...

Take any proof of registration. no other option.

i have to take the copy of eligible students list in which my daughter's name is mentioned...no other option left...

Bal bharti school sent the form via email too your registered mail id (at the time of registration ) check your mail bx and take a copy.
