DEAR SIR, I like to confirm that if any child not getting enrolled in nursery since a year or more than a year due to shortage of seats in schools or not win lottery in lottery system, and he/she crossed nursery age criteria as example 3+ year, is there govt or other eduction sector providing him/ her admission facility in next level class like class 1 in a good school for better education? Or their parents pay to school for admission in other class ?

Please clarify it because govt not having own option to provide a good education to a child as we can seeking in our govt. Schools & their education system, in this situations, parents moving to private schools, but there is only limited options parents have if their child win in lottery system, I am reqesting here with our govt. Please improve our givt school culture & provide good education for any child if we realy want a better future of our child  and for our country.
