Rent agreement valid?

Hi, we live on rent in Rohini, will our rent agreement be considered a valid proof of address?

Not even court registered  rent agreement schools take (some exceptions might be there)

No rent agreement is not valid in Delhi schools, better get Aadhar and Mtnl phone installed as many schools ask for two address proofs.
