Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Actually we shifted from Mansarover Park shahdara to Yojna Vihar in October 2016 and I have lease agreement but it was not registered and it is from October 2016.
I want to know that
is this lease agreement valid proof of address??
And if not what we can do??

Some of indicative documents considered for proof of residence of parents/ child 

(i) Ration card issued in name of parents ( Mother/Father having name of the child)

(ii) Domicile certificate of the child or of his.her parents

(iii) Voter I card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

(iv) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in name of any of the parents or child

(v) Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in name of any of the parents

but I forget to mentioned that we don't have any address proof as mentioned in the indicative list  for rented premise currently where we are staying.

We only have rent agreement only 3 month old and agreement was also not registered.

Lease agreement for a period of upto 11 months is not required to be registered, if speaking legally strictly.  However, how schools deal with it and whether they will accept lease agreement as valid address proof remains to be seen.  Probably, DOE notification with throw some light on it.

Is domicile certificate is mendatory or passport of child will work instead of that. Plz advice
