ADMISSION SCHEDULE 2012-2013

NURSERY

1. 1

st LIST for class Nursery will be displayed on 01.02.12 (Wed).

2. Fee Deposit dates for 1

st list Nursery Candidates – 02.02.12 – 04.02.12 (between 09.00am – 01.00pm).

3. 2

nd LIST for Nursery will be displayed on 06.02.12 (Mon).

4. Fee Deposit dates for 2

nd list Nursery Candidates – 07.02.12 – 11.02.12 (between 09.00am – 01.00pm).

5. Admission can be secured on first come first basis.

6. Admission is subject to verification of documents attached with admission form with originals.

7. If documents found to be fortified admission stands cancelled and seat will be granted to the next candidate.

8. Orientation day – 31.03.12 (Sat)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION FOR VERIFICATION:

1. Original MCD birth certificate of the child.

2. Original Address proof.

3. 4 Passport size photograph each of father, mother & child.

4. If single parent (mother only) please attach the relevant proof document.

5. If Government Servant, please bring the I-Card & the photocopy of the same.

6. In case of sibling please bring the Student I-card or last quarter fee slip.

MODE OF PAYMENT

1. Fee is to be paid by DD ONLY.

2. DD should be in favour of "ST THOMAS SCHOOL".

3. Please write the name of the child, fathers name & mobile no. at the backside of the DD.

@Kunal: Check with the school personally. They usually send out an SMS and call the parent personally if they've been shortlisted

What about Kidsway, Vivek summit and Sheila Kids Zone (Cambridge, Rajouri Garden) order. Please advice

kidsway and vivek summit both are feeder branch of manav sthali equal more or less but better than sheila kz

IMPORTANT:

Parents must carry the Acknowledgement Slip on all admission-related visits to the School.
Parents of Selected candidates may come to School for verification of Original Documents on Tuesday 31 January or Wednesday 1 February 2012 between 12 noon and 1 pm only. If documents are found in order, parents may proceed to pay the fees.
Last date for deposit of fees for Second List is Friday 3 February by 1 pm.
Third List if applicable, shall be displayed on Monday, 6 February 2012.

@Sakshi - My daughter is selected in Bal Bharati Pitampura Draw but i have already blocked my seat in Modern School Shalimar Bagh and they have no refund policy. I have deposited Rs. 14000 there. Is there any rule from DOE for Fee Refund in case of Admission Cancellation???

yes they can just deduct one month tution fee +adm fee +regn fee

rest they have to give if you apply within one month
