@neha: Can you specify which GD Goenka? There is a new one in Rohini Sector-9. It used to be Kings Valley till last year. So as of yet unproven .. the older GD Goenka is better than Sovereign .. though the cost is more than double

@Rashmi: DLDAV PP > Kulachi > Maxfort. If you're referring to DLDAV ND block, Kulachi is the best!
