They are claiming that they kids will move to manavsthali - double story followed by pusa road after 2nd is that true ?? and whats the difference between these two manavsthali's ??

ITL Dwarka 2nd list is out. You can ring up at school and inquire about the admission. Tell the name of the child. List is not on website
