Hey Pooja,

A suggestion for you. Don't go by these surveys. They are all rigged! :-)

I also agree with Puneet that Cambridge is better in comparison with LPS.

However, the best thing to do is to visit both of these schools when they disperse and talk to the kids and their parents etc. about what they feel about the school. Plus, by looking at how the crowd behaves etc,. you can make out a lot about the school.

I had done it myself last year with few a schools.

Cheers,

Abhishek

Umm.. Surveys are not all rigged (if carried out by prestigious organisations like IMRB/Nielsen/MarketRx etc)! However, you need to go into the methodology followed by the Survey. In some cases schools do not participate, or they do not willingly share all the information required. Hence, the researcher goes by whatever information is available with him/her and gives points weightage accordingly. Also, there are a lot of variables like parent satisfaction, how parent's feel about the teacher etc. which are extremely subjective. Hence the results would tend to vary largely. Treat all research surveys as an indicator only - use your own sense. Don't follow them blindly.

Agreed Anand :-)

Cheers,

Abhishek

I have received very bad feedback of Cambridge...as after primary they shift kids to srinivaspuri and Srinivaspuri building is very small..no extra curricular over there...upto primary its nice..as long as kid is in nfc building..but after that pathetic...So only if u are planning to change ur kiddos school in 6th standard go for Cambridge...

Laxman i have no idea..except it came in Rakhi ka swayamvar show..(jokes apart)..no idea about LPS
