Which all schools are giving their second list...

Especially any East Delhi schools?

This observation doesn't give my daughter (first child) admission in any good school of east delhi inspite of applying in 20 schools.

Well, that's really BAD and I can somewhat understand your plight, but your case shows that its not just the parents of first born boy child are suffering. Its a total failure of the system which makes acts like RTE to show the progress in education sector but are no where seen to make sure that the same act is being facilitated for proper implementation.

In which area of East Delhi you belong to?
