If your kid is shortlisted only in that school go ahead. But parents are not satified at higher classes and try to switch over to other schools at later stage. They tell not worth for the money paid is the only feedback I heard. Go ahead and if satisfied continue with it. I don't have any idea for nursery class level. May be you can see good improvement in coming years.

Thank you Latha, Well if i have a choice between GD Goenka and Modern Convent at present...or keep her in playschool one more year and try next tyear in MSM/Loreto/AFGJI/TAFS (Im in defence services, so chances are much higher in KG in these schools)...What would your advice be?

I don't have have more information about GDG to compare with Modern Convent. But Modern Convent is a good school which rank little lesser than NK Bagrodia. I think you can go ahead with GDG itself and shifting to other schools in Dwarka will not be a problem at any stage. Go ahead with GDG and if satified continue or else shift school at later stage. Don't keep her in play school since you have a seat in hand for nursery. As you are in defence try next year to those better schools in your wish list.

Hi Vikas,

This year I am the lucky father to get my daughter admitted in Loreto Convent through General Category. Though they have got only 2 seats for the same. There are 100% chances for you to get your daughter admitted next year through defence category as they have more than 70 seats reserved for the defence personnel. My daughter is in nursery in a christan school in Mahavir Enclave and got good development overall. In Loverto or MSM they never take any entrance test and starts from basics.

Vikas i think lathaaji  is  better person for Dwarka but if you don't have any choice, its ok for initial years .

i guess go ahead with gd goenka , atleast for younger classes its good , im also going for the GD goenka rohini branch , no other option left ...maybe in later years we can try for other schools

Mamta, Thanks for the response. My doubts about the money/value question has only emerged from the fact that when i went to the school (GD Goenka), and they have Ac building, buses, educomp smart clasees etc, but so have so many other schools and expenses are far lesser. I dont want to admit my child just because the school caters to the more affluent people and has a snob value.

see in dps vk/vv you can see you chances by seeing the waiting list , i think you should go to  gyan bharti /apjss and talk  about your chances .

none of the north Delhi school posted their second list. DAV Pushpanjali is saying admission closed for Pre school. What to do? Any chances for Montfort, Srijan or Bal Bharti PP or rohini?????
