Hi Lathaji, Saakshi,

Lots of things have happened over these 40days of turmoil and tensions. The tensions still persist as we have not been able to make to the waitlist in 16 schools that we had applied in South delhi.

We are in such a confused and sad state as what comes next. Dont know what 2nd waitlist is to bring to us.

Can you please suggest / guide us as in where we can try and not waste a cruicial year.

Hi Preeti! Please try in Hope Hall Foundation School, in R.K.Puram, sec 7, New Delhi. Its a sr.sec. school. Good and english medium school.

Sumit Sir / Sakshi Mam,

Have you got any input on Navy Children School, Chanakyapuri?? We live within 100 mtrs of the school and when we enquired about the admission procedure during the fist week of Jan, 12 it was informed that the admission process will commence only in March. Today morning, from some other sources I came to know that they have given admission to one child there on sibling quota (that too when the parent came n fought with the school). When we again enquired about the admission today morning, they said flatly that the admission process is over and the list was out yesterday. When my husband asked them as to how the admission process is over as they themselves mentioned that admission will be done in March, the school personnel said that for civilian category its over and for defence personnel, admission will be done in March. When asked when the forms were distributed and all, the guy sitting over there informed that the person dealing with all this is on leave and he is not in a position to tell us..

We are in complete dilemma now as we were really counting on this school.

Hi All, Just want to update for west delhi parents that Brain International School is left with some seats, I got their call but i have already blocked a seat for my kid. If any interested parents in Vikaspuri/ West Delhi, they can try.

@Gaurav & Amit - VIS sec 10 Dwarka is not fully AC school. Only VIS kids(which is a sepearte building for kids at the back) is fully AC where pre-school, kg & 1st class kids sit. Even their buses are not AC. They are planning to make it fully AC but it will take time. I have heard that the pre-school fees is high and the fees reduces from kg onwards as officially on paper kg kids are suppose to sit in non-Ac building.
