Right to education a farce

What good is the right to education , if the children cannot get admission into primary education because of unjust rules made without considering the ground realities.

The fundamental right of our children is being violated because of these useless guidelines. All parent of children being affected should unite and move the highest court to protect the fundamental right of our kids .

The govt. should either make provisions for more good schools or should leave the education decisions for the specialist , not to some babus in DOE

It is high time that we unite to move a PIL to challenge the interstate transfer point criteria .

Time is running out, we must act. Any suggestions

Completely agree...somebody like you should organise a meeting, discuss issues in great depth, suggest a fair system, then we must engage the best of lawyers and move court

Yes and you can find lawyer ,we have atleast 10 more parents who today only showed their interest for legal recource.

i will also join as i am also a bitter 70 point born and brought up in delhi parent. where do i go if no school is considering 70 points because of these rubbish transfer cases. how and why should they be more entitled to our schools? have they done us a favour by coming to delhi and we a mistake by living here throughout? they should be considered if their ward comes to delhi in med session, they should also be considered as general category for nursery admissions!

why dont you invite all the parents on the discussion "UNFAIR - No chance for kids with 70 points" because there also the stories of the parents are similar as mine!
