Hi Anamika,

Not sure what do you mean by 'not much convinced seeing the children of Public school here'. However, it is one of the good schools of Delhi. They have 4 schools attached to each other, out of which two operate like government school and the other two are Salwan Public and GD salwan.

There is no connection/interaction between Government aided and these two public schools and operate independently.

There school discipline is one of the best and especially Montessori is very good. Though, they keep high rigor on academics.

Thanks Rachit.
However what I meant was the children in Public schools doesnt communicate very well & often see them speaking foul language with very less impact of English.Rest Im aware about their 4 schools.
Also please advise its comparison with St Michaels,Pusa road.Which is better.

Yesterday I got a call from G D salwan public school Rajinder Nagar for deposit money by till tomorrow.

I had already deposited fee in NEW ERA Public School. Junior branch. So Should I deposit fee in GD SALWAN or wait for Some other school.

My colleague daughter studying in Salwan Public School Mayur Vihar according to her Salwan School is gud option,.

Rajender place Salwan Public school also gud and better than GD salwan.

New Era School upto junior is good.

Still waiting for St. Michael list and faith academy.

No new Era not giving any surety for transfer to its senior branch, but they have 1 more branch upto 4th standard. and after that automatically transfer to main branch.

Of course, Salwan is better then ST Michaels. I had two choices last year for my daughter, salwan and Bal Bharti. I am Alumni of Bal Bharti and my Wife of Salwan. I chose Salwan. Foul language you will find in every school and it all depends on external factors and no school teaches them.

GD salwan is also good and it's developing well. Depends what other choice you have.

Hi Rachit,

Im surprised to know this as I feel convent schools are better when it comes to discipline among children & their overall grooming.So language there can be taken care of!
Also I feel Bal bharti is a better school overall and I was inclined to put my daughter in it but her name dint come.What made you feel so that Salwan is better if you can share.
What are your views about St thomas?
Any update on their 2nd list?
