You just need to give simple application that you want to withdraw from school as you have been selected in some other school of your choice and attach all documents including copy of fee paid and any other document if required as per school.

It has to be within one month from the date of  paid fees.

Rest parents can share inputs.

also guide for how much amount i would be eligible to get? what are the possible deductions? Can i get better refunds on negotiations.
