Hello  All,

For Nursery admission in sanskriti school, Chanakya puri,Delhi.

I am facing issue while uploading the Photograph while filling the registration form for admission. 

Although the photograph is less than 20 KB then also it is not uploading the image. 

Any feedback/suggestion will be appreciated.

Is the photo in Jpeg format ?

As mentioned on school website.

3. Photograph in JPG format not more than 20Kb can be uploaded.

Thanks for your reply. do you have the exact dimensions please. As I tried 5KB as well. 

May be my dimesions are different.

Hi Priyanka,

Please use this online tool https://www.reduceimages.com/ to compress the image and make sure you select the width 65 and height 80 quality should 70% then it will set to correct size.

I had used the same specification
