Is the photo in Jpeg format ?

As mentioned on school website.

3. Photograph in JPG format not more than 20Kb can be uploaded.

Hi Priyanka,

Please use this online tool https://www.reduceimages.com/ to compress the image and make sure you select the width 65 and height 80 quality should 70% then it will set to correct size.

I had used the same specification
