What is the ground on which Delhi govt. Circular allowed Sanskriti school to devise its own formula to admit students although it was given land with same terms by DDA as any other private school in Delhi?
Is it the pressure of IAS lobby on Education Director (IAS) that she allowed this misadventure?
Schools setup for Special category...
Any school tomorrow would come up with a special category like school for children of doctors / engineers / architects / ministers / whatever...
Was it a legal allotment condition by DDA or just wild imagination of Directorate to benefit some schools?

) Regarding Schools set up for the Specific Categories The schools set up for the Specific Categories (such as schools set up for specific Government services like Armed Forces/Paramilitary Forces/Central Services/All India Services; schools set up for Children With Special Needs etc.) may reserve seats for admission of wards of specific respective segments. The extent of seats reserved and admission procedure to be followed for reserved seats shall be publicized through their websites and notice boards. The process of admission for the reserved seats shall be fair and transparent. Such schools shall reserve 25 % seats for EWS/DG Category as mandated by Right to Education Act, 2009. The remaining seats shall be treated as Open/General Seats and admission to these seats will be conducted on the basis of neighborhood limits as prescribed above in clause 14(vii) (a) & in the manner as prescribed in 14(vii) (b) above.

Yes Lathaa I read the circular...
What is the legal ground on which Education Director allowed them to reserve seats?
Tomorrow if I say that I want to run a school for children of my kitty party members only, will Directorate allow it? Then why club of IAS wives which run Sanskriti allowed to reserve while they were allotted land with same conditions as any other school?
