They don;t just check for the proficiency in fourth language, but they also test the other three languages. They ask you to write a few sentences in one language and then ask you to write the same in the other language. Then  they ask you to read a few lines from an article. For writing, they dictate and you have to write.

about the extra curric declared what proofs are needed?

In our case the school told us what to write.

As per the list, verification is complete. I am still hopeful to see next list tomorrow, however this is just a dream.
