Are minority schools affected by this decision of stay on admissions of supreme court?

I think the DOE should completely re-draw the guidelines on its own rather than waiting for court orders. There should be a specified number or percentage of seats in every school for Sibling / Alumni / Girl / Staff (or Management) / General. The overlaying qualification to apply in any of these categories should be distance. I am sure many parents amongst those seeking admission are Lawyers and they will not let the admission process proceed smoothly till the guidelines are completely redrawn. We have now opened the channel of going to Supreme Court, and I am certain whatever the order of the honorable SC, there would be another SLP filed for another reason by another set of parents which will again stall the whole process.

I have seen many schools are flouting the supreme court guidelines. Basis last court order, the admission done till 09th April, many schools have conducted orientation. The only thing is they have been postponing the schedule date of starting the classes from 15th.
This is the case in Dwarka. Please share if you have also come across with similar instances.
Mr./Mrs. Vohra, isn't it the contempt of Supreme Court orders.

Mam and Mr. Vohra everyone has different ideas as per their experience. Will the people keep on filing PILs. When will this thing end.

All the parents are requested to post the name of schools who have started the Nursery session from Today

KR Mangalam vikaspuri has started their session today.
They are saying SC order is applicable for further admissions and not against start of session.

If the session is to start from July, what about parents like us, who have paid fees till June and still the child is sitting at home.

What's the fault of parents like us who got the admission in the draw, got the fees deposited and now seems like a complete start over. One should understand that if seats are 100 and applications are 200, 100 application have to be rejected, no matter what type of arrangement you make. Appeal for stop harassing parents
