School Charging 200 Rs registration fees

guru harkrishan public school shahdara is taking 200 Rs registration fees including 25 Rs which is against the policy of DelE, I have also raised the complaint in DelE, a majority of some parents try to oppose it, but as usual School have no worry and continue to have 200 Rs for each school.
