SchoolEx on the 10th and 11 Aug 2013 for 2014-2015 session at Epicentre, Gurgaon
Dear Parents
As you must be aware that most of the schools start or declare the dates for admissions in Gurgaon Schools by Aug end ( except very few). Last year in the school exhibition,many established,new and play school participated.
Many schools did the registration in last SchoolExhibition (SchoolEx )at Epicentre and Some very well established schools sold /distributed LIMITED forms .
1 ONE OF THE ESTABLISHED SCHOOL NEVER CAME OUT WITH FORMS AGAIN.
2 ONE OF THE VERY SOUGHT AFTER SCHOOL NEVER GAVE FORMS BUT WHEN STARTED ADMISSIONS ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND THE FORMS WERE SOLD OUT ON FIRST DAY IN FEW HOURS
So we will suggest you to attend and buy the forms of your desired school (if available) and also know the dates of schools admission starting dates of all your target school.
THE SCHOOL WHICH SOLD LIMITED FORMS AND NEVER CAME OUT WITH FORMS WAS DPS SUSHANT LOK( LATER PARENTS INFORMED US THAT REST OF THE SEATS WERE FILLED BY CHILDREN WHO WERE PROMOTED BY THEIR RECENTLY STARTED PLAY SCHOOL APPLE BLOSSOM )
THE SCHOOL WHOSE FORMS WERE SOLD ON FIRST DAY IN FEW HOURS (ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE WAS SCOTTISH HIGH) AS PER PARENTS FEEDBACKS FORMS WERE OVER IN FIRST 3 HOURS.
WE ARE NOT SURE WHETHER THE SAME SCHOOLS WILL FOLLOW SAME POLICY THIS YEAR OR NOT.

Megha,For confirmation see details of G D Goenka banner with stall no and date and year in gurgaon group the schoolex site is not updated.i will post the banner here also to avoid confusion.its 10 and 11th Aug 2013

Do we need to carry any kind of documents in the School Expo?? Like Address proof, birth certificate, photograph etc etc..

1. do we need to make cash payments necessarily there?
2. First come first serve basis would want the admission fee on the immediate basis?

Shikha, Only forms you should buy .No need to carry any fees. Some schoolsmight give you a date and also that it will be on FCFS so you should make it sure to reach the school premises on 1st day.

Abhinav, Generally some schools starts Pre -Registration and only want your details and might give the form. Visiting Card should enough (if you have else even that is not required)

Sakshi, Just seen one discussion initiated "Premier Schools Exhibition in Gurgaon on 31st August & 1st September at Epicentre, Sec-45, Gurgaon" I would like to know how this exhibition different from SchoolExpo which is held on 10th and 11th Aug,2013?

Nisha,There organisors are different but schoolex is more sought after because of its timings as by 1 Sep most of the schools are out with admission dates in Gurgaon.
