Also schools are telling parents to buy books and uniform that means either they have to stick with school or this expense is wasted

There are many which doesn't follow any guidelines and mislead DOE with fake information. There is no check on schools as well. It has become a earning source to private/Un-aided schools. They are like vultures who leave no stone unturned to choke their prey in the claws of donation and under the table money.
Classes must start for all. Just because Judiciary took time for the verdict doesn't mean little first time schoolers should be punished.

Schools dont follow any rules and regulations even by courts ... they know how to manipulate every given order by the govt or by the court

schools should start asap but only if their 100% seats are filled, which is possible for certain schools

on one thing i agree that starting of classes means purchasing of books and uniform, and later on if the name clears in other better school, fees can be refunded but books and uniform will be useless!
the court must have known that it might take a little longer and the case might run till may or june, so hanging the selected ones for those who are not selected anywhere is not justified!

No, all Kids should be treated same and session should not be started unless all Kids get admitted.

School needs April fees that is why session is going to start on 15th April 2014 and not after 16th April 2014 because some might have said why to pay full month fees when half a month is already gone if session has started after 16th April 2014. DOE must be under pressure from schools to start the session asap.. This is my opinion.
