Schools imposing Age Cap

Among other schools, Vasant Valley, Sanskriti &Springdales have imposed age caps. Will this issue be taken up by the courts as the same is clearly in violation of the stay imposed by the High Court last year? Is there a possibility of a roll back by these schools?
