schools not providing sufficient intimation for lucky draw

Many schools are doing lucky draw without proper notice to the parents.One incident happend with Lancer Convent, Rohini.

They held a draw for girl child. When we came to know about it, we reached school. We were told that the lucky draw is over. The lucky draw intimation was posted one day before on schools website and parents should have checked it. Now we will come to know whether our child was selected or not only on 28th when first list will be out.

Whats the gurantee that they will not change anyone's names. Why they are not posting the list of selected childs names or their application form numbers on their website.

Gross mishandling and chances of manipulation by schools in this case.

Any help or comments on this concern from Admission nursery Founder, team or other parents will be appreciated.

Maxfort - Pitampura, H-Block and Presidium - Pitampura are not considering EWS/Disadvantaged Category for admission and processing only General Category for Pre-school and Pre-Primary. Directorate has responded that they are not recognised. However their main branches are recognised and absorbing all the students from these branches for upper grade Ist onward. Pls advise what should be done ?
