Dear Mr. Vohra / Education Minister,

How to  ensure that the school MUST give the admission form to everyone who asked for it. Since there are lots of school who even do not provide the forms to parents, once they know that the children for whom the parent is asking for the forms has some issue (ADHD, AUtism or any Other Special Needs), the school do not provide the forms, so that one can not register his ward. This help the schools, and afterward they deny that parent has not register with them so they are not liable to give admission.
