Separate forms for different branches of same School?

Hi,

Do we need to apply separately for different branches of same school? e.g Tagore International has branches in East of Kailash & Vasant Vihar, do we need to apply to each of them individually or only to either of them?

i think u have to apply in two different forms but still check with the school once
