Simultaneous apllication under DG and General Category

Can a DG candidate apply simultaneously under DG category as well as general category for the same school OR will the application be rejected on account of duplicacy?

You can apply under both categories. But if selected under General you won't get tuition fee waiver.

Thank u for your response. Another query is that I have half filled the online DG category form and realised some information given was incorrect. The form has not been submitted yet. Hence I am unable to delete it either. Please explain how can it be deleted so that I can fill another form afresh.
