hi..do pending divorce cases come under single parent criteria.what affidavit or documents we need to produce to proove the case is pending and that person is single parent?

 generally no as case is subjudice, if possible take a interim direction from court that the schools will have to accpet

Single Parent Criteria:
 

For children with a single parent – Father/ Mother

  • Legal proof of custody of child to be attached
  • In case of death of spouse death certificate to be attached
