Social Jurist, A Civil Rights Group through Advocate Ashok Agarwal has today filed a PIL in Hon'ble Delhi High Court against Govt of Delhi and Govt of India challenging the validity of Delhi Govt Guidelines dated 15.12.2010 and also of Ministry of HRD, GOI Guidelines dated 23.11.2010 relating to nursey admissions criteria in unaided private schools on various grounds set out in the PIL. The PIL is expected to be heard by the Hon'ble High Court on Wednesday, 22 December 2010
