surely a sad state....not just this particular mandate but the entire system would slowly pull us down ....as a nation. the apathy of the state to streamline and adapt to the changing global environment is shocking and sad. i truly hope the little children should be spared.

Totally agreed and its happening in the capital of the nation. Very sorry state of affairs. No importance given to the kids who are actually going to be part of the education system. Verdiction is totally in favour of profit making entities just resulting in the commercialisatrion of the education system, nothing more than that.
