can we apply only in one of the springdales schools or all three.

At the end of the application form, they had mentioned that applying in more than one unit of theirs will lead to disqualification. Hence, i guess one can apply in only one unit closest to one's home.

Also, if there is some mistake while filling the online form in springdales, please suggest if anyone knows if we can reapply or what is the procedure to be followed to get it corrected?

Dear Jasmine -
I made the mistake too, and contacted school, you can reapply again online with new registration number, school want just one hard copy to be submitted finally even if more than one online form is submitted.
Make sure to submit an application to cancel the previous wrong application number to be correct from your side to avoid the issue of duplicate applications, to be ethically correct from parent's perspective and informing school of an issue, else school can consider this as a forgery in applications.

If infrastructure is arranged by schools to apply online, atleast there should have been procedure to cancel the form based on login id and password, then this problem would not exist, parents can simply cancel their own form if any issue found by them itself before submitting the hard copy in schools.
But for different schools different procedure can be there, so better to check with individual schools if such issue arises for specific school.
