Springdales School asking to apply form only for one unit otherwise they say it will diqualify

Springdales school form says( Apply at one unit only otherwise it will constitute a disqualification). does it mean that we can only apply at only 1 unit out of there 3 units i.e Dhaula Kuan, Kirti Nagar and Pusa Road. All 3 units are near my home. Should I apply for all 3 or only at one unit. Please advise.

 Yes only one branch

Kirti nagar is also pusa road feeder  branch
