Springdales school pusa road considering aerial or road distance?

Does any one having idea Springdales school pusa road considering aerial or road distance?

I have checked their websites but they haven't mentioned it radius or road by distance. Even i tried to reach them with their phone number but they are never picking up the phone.

As per them "(Also kindly attach copy of google map as proof of distance of residence from school)" and in google map you can calculate both the radius(Aerial) and road distance.

So which one should we go?

If road distance is under 8 , attach that. Else Govt norms say aerial, so attach as per norms.

Hello Raman,

Even I have called up the DOE Helpline number. As per them its upto school only whatever they want to consider and not the choice of Parents.

Yes, sorry. I cross checked and as per DOE FAQ, it can be aerial or road. I think this is upto the school now to decide what do they want to choose.

There was a distance calculator link in Springdales Pusa road website earlier.. I couldnt find it now.. the calculation done by that makes it evident that they are considering Aerial distance.. but for Kirti Nagar branch, there was no separate distance calculator.. Anybody who has applied pls tell how should I go for Kirti Nagar? Should I show a distance calculation for that as well?

The distance has to b calculated as road distance from ur home to school.....if u fallwithin 8kms submit both aerial map n road distance too....let them consider whichever they feel like.....also try submitting the directions to ur destination....u may find variations on google map too....wen u zoom at school in kirti nagar on google map it shows d block...however the school is in a block...all u have to prove is that u fall within 8kms.
