St. Francis Janapuri Admission Criteria

Hello,

I came to know that getting a nursery admission to Fr. Peter Memorial School Janakpuri doesn't give guarntee to Main St. Francis school in future. Is that really true ? Do you know if St. Francis in past has refused to any Fr. Peter Memorial student for 1st class admission? I am confused with this statement because after 2 years, I don't want to get into this addmission torture once again.
