myself being a teacher at a renowned public school at south delhi, told d principal of some male teacher using sexual abusive language before the females..but instead of listening to me , she took the staff meeting tn told all d teachers to write of that man. under pressure 15-16 of them wrote that he is friendly. mine was the second time teacher reporting of that male teacher to the principal of his behaviour, but he is still inside the school, and no action is taken as because the principal has offerred him job on personal basis. telling her that , the man is not good means directly putting things over her. AFTER THIS INCIDENT I'VE ALMOST LEFT THE JOB AS SHE HAS TAKEN HIS FAVOUR AND TOOKING STAFF MEETING...SHE HAD PUT THE WHOLE STORY UPSIDE DOWN,making a fake story of mine n telling it in the staff meeting
