SUPREME COURT STAYS THE NURSERY ADMISSION PROCESS.....

As per the news Supreme court of India stays the Delhi high court verdict on Nursery Admission Process.

What will happen to those parents who have already deposited fees, bought books and uniforms for their children?

I've just got my kid's admission done after cancelling a confirmed seat in a minority school. (As per court instruction to cancel the seat by9 th) What does court had to say for my kind of parents?

same here .. 

My question is:

1. Does this stay affect already admitted children ?

2. What would happen on 16th April? What are possibilities and which group of parents could be affected by this?

3. I have withdrawn by child from a minority christian school  after I had a confirmed admission in a better school. If my child's admission is in danger, is SC responsible for it ?

4.  What does legal jargon "stay" actually mean, stop the process at current state and resume it after a new order or rollback what ever was done against a previous order? Does it mean all admissions could be cancelled? Can a court of supreme authority do that after my payment of 30% of tax every year ?

these are the people who earlier got seats in their choice of school by giving donation (bribe). now when the management quota is scrapped and they are unable to get the admission in their desired school by only DOL, they are taking alternate path of running to courts until their child will secure admission in one of the top schools-this is the result of complete scrapping of the management quota!

I have lost hopes for this year. so I feel good if such things keep on happening. May be a sadist attitude, but cant help!!!
