1. All application forms will be available online only.
2. A printout of the form submitted online, along with the print out of the acknowledgement slip, has to be deposited in the office by Monday 05 Jan 2015 for registration before 12 noon.
3. Please read the prerequisites and guidelines carefully before filling the application form.
4. Self attested photocopies of all the documents as listed in the guidelines must be submitted along with the application form.

EWS & Disadvantaged Group

• All application forms will be available at school gate only.
• For children with special needs the parents may apply under reserved category “EWS & Disadvantaged Group" for which 25% seats (44 seats) are reserved.

• They may apply under the General Category.
