My Kid got call from billabong for nursery admission, so it would be great help if you can provide the feedback for kangroo kids for nursery and any feedback for billabong for primary education.

Min age for Nursery is 3 yrs on 31 mar 2019, as you posted earlier your ward is April born.
You are looking for Nursery or Pre Nursery Admissions.
If you are being offered seat in Nursery , then you will face problem in future.
Kangroo Kids id leading pre-school chain in India.
Billabong has quite positive reviews from parents.
