Transfer Case - Delhi based people returning back

Hi,

I am Delhi based. But two years back I joined a company in a different location. Within the last one year they relocated me to Delhi (as they now have an office here too - so for them its a transfer of an employee for one location to another).

Will my case be considered as a transfer case?
