Is there a notification or a judgment for this/way to address this with the school management. As my daughter's school is charging transportation for 12 months whereas the school closes for students on 11 May and opens on 01 July.

Hi,
I think all schools are collecting 12 months transportation charge even though its closed for summer vacation. Even my son's school collected it for 3 months (April to June) though they don't have school van, but authorized private school cab.
