Archana,

You can apply to as many schools as you want.

For the EWS part, @Sakshi mam & Lathaa mam can confirm exactly, i think you need Delhi aadhar card and a valid EWS certificate.

In addition to above you need low income certificate (your income should be below 1 lakh only then its applicable) from GNCT or BPL/AAY.

You need to have Delhi address proof.
