Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools

No matter how much we praise the new point system but it is becoming nightmare for the parents of kids who scored just the distance points.

Now, I think, the previous point system was ok.

I have all top schools within 3 km of my home (South Delhi) but since the criteria is 8 km and number of applications has increased manifolds (AS STATED BY MR VOHRA IN OTHER POST) in all schools just due to this, I have no chance.

Almost all top 15 schools are saying they have more application > 75 points for total number of seats. That means my kids doesn't even get a opportunity to be included in a lucky Draw. THE END OF THE ROAD FOR PARENTS WITH 70 POINTS.

Mr VOHRA Can we still think something about this??

People are getting nervous and hopeless due to this.

Find some GOVERNMENT CRAPPY SCHOOL GUYS OR GO TO SOME OTHER CITY...

I AM FRUSTRATED TO MY CORE!!!!

Twins have twice the chances. In case of a draw, both names are put in the bucket.

If either one name is selected, other automatically gets 20 sibling points and gets selected.

My Dear,

Where is the chance if they are shortlisting based on the points. I have only 70 points and my only hope is my girl gets shortlisted in the girl's quota otherwise there is no chance.

Many schools are having draws for 70 points also. So your girl has two opportunities to be selected and boy has one. If in any of these three opportunities they get selected, other is pulled through.

hello everybody

i am also in the same boat.but the main thing right now is what next?what should we do now?living in vicinity of best school but have to get admission in ncr bcoz we dont score other points?this point system is total gross and i dont think anywhere in the world this kind of system is existing. pls stop looting us of our hard earned money in the name of VAT, road tax etc and most importantly as EDUCATION CESS if we cant educate our child in the city itself

if 20 points are given to the siblings..why not 10 or atleast 5 points are given to the first born.

yes you right, if 20 points for sibbling and 5 points for girls

then about boy (baba ji ka thullu)

i think they want to give min 5-10 points for first born

@Ankush..i am also on the same boat..but the sadest thing is few schools are holding draw of girl child with 75 or more points like dwarka international did today.  when parents opposed..they got one bunch of girls applicants for withdrawn..and i am really wondering if that box contains slips of all girl applicants

i think we do a big mistakes if we made fake transfer certificates then it will be fine

all that things show no chances of honesty, rules, legal etc.

in this admission process i found all things are only in papers

all popular schools have age criteria (not accept form if child is 4 yrs and 4+)

in EWS category parents applied and came in cars

and in last no chances for admission if having only 70 points

The Government has abolished the management quota or donations but what is the authenticity of the list declared by schools towards  sibling /transfer catagories  as the choosen ones of these catagories are never there in public draw of seats and the draw is only for the remaining seats which is only  30-40%.......................

what they do whose have only 1-2 schools in 0-3 KM ?

i prefer 0-3; 3-6 and 6-9 slab is ok

and i think transfer case point not suitable (people use fake docs)

points for first born/only one child is ok (control population)

Agree with you @Ravinder. There should be different slabs based on the distance and points to first child.
