I dont able to understand why give extra points to transfer cases 

now situation is that i dont think anybody got admission with 70 points because mostly people take original or may be fake certificates from employer because i dont think any employer hesitate to give a certificate if his employee child take admission on behalf of that letter

any many peoples want to take point to show transfer in delhi NCR

if govt really want to some additional benefits for transfer cases then they reserve some seats like (girl quota; staff quota etc.) if they provide reservation thn chances for child got admission with 70 points

but from current critera i dont think any child got admission with 70 points

because as i saw details i think 90% of people got transfer in last year (according to nursery admission data) is it possible?
