Update On Rent Agreement

Hi ,

Need to Know more about Rent Agreement. As in live in East Delhi On Rent Since 3+ Years but haven't got any ID proof of the address apart from the rent Agreement that too it expired on 2-3 jan need to get the new 1 done. So do the East Delhi Schools consider the criteria of neighbourhood points. Need to know more clarity on it.

Hi

There is lot of confusion over rent agreement. Today I visited the schools in east delhi and One of the School is Bhai Parmanand Vidya Mandir, they clearly told me that they will not consider rent agreement as address proof whether lease deed is registered or not.

I don't understand the list of address proof mentioned in government guideline was indicateing list and why school not considering the legally registered lease deed as address proof.

What will happen to the people like us, who are staying on rent.
